Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City - District 11

The Vision for Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City - District 11 fosters a low density residential community nestled in gardens, parks and local community facilities.

The community is divided into different parcels - the west edge of District 11, adjacent to Al Ain Road – Parcel C, D & L, is planned as medium density (G+5 apartments), located between Al Ain Road and the low density parcels (villas) to the east – Parcels A, B, E and J.

With a total of approximately 6,000 units (villas & apartments), and a total residential population of approximately 29,000, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum District 11 offers its residents green spaces, parks, retail shops, a mosque, nursery, and schools.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum District 11 – Parcel A

Parcel A, also known as Meydan Heights South, has been planned as a semi-detached residential community for Emirates Airline. The project consists of 1,500 semi-detached four bedroom villas. The neighbourhood includes two local mosques, retail shops, nurseries, as well as community and neighbourhood parks.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum District 11 – Parcel B

Parcel B, also known as Meydan Villas is located adjacent to the Emirates Airline housing plot. The development is being planned as a residential community with about 700 villas comprising of four bedroom semi-detached villas. The project integrates a local mosque, a retail shop, a nursery as well as community and neighbourhood parks.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum District 11 – Parcels C&D

Parcel C & D are medium density communities, consisting of six storey apartment buildings which include retail outlets at ground level. They encompass a total number of 1,217 apartments and a total residential population of approximately 5,800.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum District 11 – Parcel E

The development is planned as a low residential gated community with approximately 1000 villas, catering for a residential population of approximately 4,700 people.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum District 11 – Parcel L

Parcel L is a medium density community, consisting of six storey apartment buildings which include retail outlets at ground level. They encompass a total number of approximately 600 apartments and a total residential population of approximately 2,800 people.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum District 11 – Parcel J

The development is a low-density gated community development, comprised of G+1 detached and semi-detached villa typologies with a total number of 749 apartments surrounded by abundant parks and landscape. The residential population of approximately 3,500 people will have easy access to various community facilities, such as retail stores, a clubhouse, a mosque, a nursery, and a post office.
