Meydan Business Park is located within the Meydan Overall Masterplan and is situated between the Dubai Al Ain Highway and Nad al Sheba Road. The site is just minutes away from Downtown Dubai and has clear views across the surrounding vicinities of the Track, Meydan golf course, and Ras al Khor all the way to Downtown Dubai. Meydan intends to exploit the great vantage point the site offers and deliver a dynamic community that will be distinguished and recognizable within the parameters of a modern cityscape.

Meydan Business Park is still underdevelopment, out of the sixteen building units, four buildings are developed, while twelve other buildings, along with the central leisure hub are awaiting completion.
